They spent fifteen minutes with me on the phone explaining to me what they believe to be the problem even, guiding me to a specific YouTube video to help me fix it. Eric is super nice and extremely smart. As soon as I got here he greeted me and looked at my issue. Said he could help me out no problem. Told me to come back next day and got to working in my vehicle right away. Told me to hang out and next thing I know he is got my vehicle fixed.
